TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before using our service. You understand that by using Avak Hospitality Private Limited (Aqualin) services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please do not use the service if you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time in our sole discretion and without notice. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of our service after we have posted any changes to these Terms and Conditions means that you agree to be bound and abide by the changes, so please check the Terms and Conditions regularly for any changes.

1. OUR LAUNDRY SERVICE

1.1. Avak Hospitality Private Limited (Aqualin) reserves the right to refuse cleaning any garment.

1.2. Avak Hospitality Private Limited (Aqualin) will do our utmost to remove stains, however there is no guarantee that every stain can be removed on all fabrics. We will not waive charges due to our inability to remove a stain.

1.3. Kindly remove valuable & personal attached to or left on the garment. Avak Hospitality Private Limited (Aqualin) is not responsible for the loss of item(s) not removed prior to cleaning.

1.4. Avak Hospitality Private Limited (Aqualin) , shall not be liable for items with a defect in the design, material, dyes or construction, have residual stains or have accessories or ornaments which don’t withstand cleaning. Any damage or stains discovered before cleaning are to be taken as having occurred before collection.

1.5. Avak Hospitality Private Limited (Aqualin) shall not be liable for garments without any care label affixed to the garment. Your items will be cleaned according to the care label, unless specified by you. If there are no care labels, your item will be cleaned according to our experience.

1.6. Avak Hospitality Private Limited (Aqualin) shall not be liable for loss or damage due to load wash service (wash by per kg).

1.7. Any claims or irregularities with respect to the condition of your garment must be made within (24) hours from the time the garment/item is collected.

1.8. Service days and turnaround time vary by order. Avak Hospitality Private Limited (Aqualin) will make its best effort to adhere to our service schedule, however, we do not guarantee turnaround times and assume no responsibility for any damages that may occur due to a delay in service.

1.9. In case of Hospitality, Commercial & Institutional industry, Avak Hospitality Private Limited (Aqualin) will contact you for the collection of items, if collection is not made after two (2) weeks from our store. Garments left for more than fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt, Avak Hospitality Private Limited (Aqualin) will not be liable for any loss, theft,  damage or upkeep of garments. 

1.10 Avak Hospitality Private Limited (Aqualin) will not responsible for fastness / running of colour / shrinkage / damage to embellishments / embroidery work on the garments during process.

 1.11 Every effort is made to deliver clothes on time, however due to certain unforeseen circumstances, if the delivery is delayed, we will keep you updated about the delivery times.

1.12 All articles are accepted at customers’ risk. We follow a “No Claim” policy. Avak Hospitality Private Limited (Aqualin) shall not be held responsible for damage to articles that cannot withstand the normal cleaning or dry cleaning process. We shall not be held responsible for articles that are damaged due to the ageing process of inferior quality of clothes.

1.13 Avak Hospitality Private Limited (Aqualin) , accepts no liability for any loss or damage of the clothes arising due to fire, burglary, earthquakes or any other such incident etc.

1.14 We are digitally active on all the social media platforms.

1.15 All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Courts in Delhi only.

1.16 We may use the images of your clothes for promotional purposes.

1.17 Our prices may vary from factory to factory and city to city. Avak Hospitality Private Limited (Aqualin) reserves the right to change or amend or modify the effective price list at any given point of time or date or year, without any prior intimation or notice.

1.18 Original bill or challan copy needs to be presented at the time of delivery of processed articles. 

1.19 If original bill or challan is lost or could not be produced at the time of delivery, the delivery of processed article shall be made to the owner only after verifying his/her credential.

1.20  We put in our best efforts to ensure timely pick-up and delivery; however there might be incidents beyond our control or incidences of Force Majeure where we are unable to stick to the timelines. In such cases, customer cannot claim any compensation, refunds or any reduction in charges.

1.21 In case of guest laundry,  tariff for designer wear, high-end fabric based clothes or complex article pieces would be decided on a case-to-case basis. This pricing would be communicated to the customer directly at the store once the article has been examined by the experts present at the stores.

1.22 In case any piece of article or linen gets damaged during the processing for any reasons other than the ones outlined above, the compensation for the customer would be limited to 10 times the value of the charges specified to the customer for the processing or INR 3000, whichever is lower.

1.23 Carpets & Draperies and curtains frequently develop tender areas while hanging as a result of heat, sunlight, humidity and air pollution. Consequently, despite utmost care exercised in our cleaning process, stains, holes or tears in the fabric may occur. Faded areas may not be apparent because of doll converge. Progressive shrinkage may occur because of the inherent nature of the fabric or because it was not completely pre-shrunk. For these reasons, we accept your carpets, draperies and/or curtains for curtains for cleaning subject to your no-fault agreement. By placing carpets, drapery curtain cleaning order with Avak Hospitality Private Limited (Aqualin) , you have read the above and agree to hold Avak Hospitality Private Limited (Aqualin) blameless in event any of the following conditions become evident or occur in cleaning my carpets, draperies and / or curtains: sun fade, color loss due to non-fast colors, stains, holes or tears due to fabric degradation, shrinkage.

1.24 Time Window : We will come anytime during our confirmed time window (within four hours time frame), so kindly ensure that you are available for the pick-up and/or drop-off appointment within the time window. If we tried to pick-up and/or drop off within the time window but failed, that is because we cannot get in touch with you with reasonable attempts, or you are not available during such time window. We reserve the right to change the status of your appointment to “pick-up failed” or “drop-off failed”, and hence you may need to re-schedule your pick-up or drop-off to another available time slot. We are also not obliged to meet the time window following a failed pick-up or a drop-off, except in some cases, where we will scrutinize them on a case by case basis.

1.25 Non-Refundable Services : You acknowledge that once an Item has been cleaned or service tasks have been done, all related service charges are not refundable. You also acknowledge that once an Item has been cleaned all related service charges are not refundable.

1.26 Avak Hospitality Private Limited (Aqualin) reserves the rights to cancel/modify/change the terms and conditions at any point in time without any prior intimation or notice.
